Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase.

When you redeem points for a reward, the points are deducted from your account. However, you are not obligated to use the rewards immediately. The rewards will remain in your account, ready to be applied when you choose to place an order. Rewards do not expire.

When items are returned, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your points balance. If you applied a rewards discount code to your order and returned your entire order, the points used for the discount will be added back to your account.

On the Little Loyals page you will see all of the rewards we offer. If you have accumulated adequate points for a reward, simply click to redeem. You can also redeem $5-$20 rewards in cart by typing in the amount of points you want to use or use the slider bar on desktop or dropdown on mobile.

- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
- Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
- Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled).

A 12-month timer is activated when you enter a loyalty tier. We will re-evaluate eligibility based on yearly spend at the end of the 12 months.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at customerservice@striderite.com or call 1-800-6575 Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm EST, and ask to be unenrolled. We’ll unenroll you, and you will lose any points you have earned. If you would like to rejoin the program, we will re-enroll you; however, your point total will reset to zero.
